Throughout my years as a consultant in various fields, I have found that success is derived by finding solutions, not fault. I recognize the importance of putting together and running a strong, motivated team. My experience in business development has provided me the opportunity to become well versed in the art of contract and deal negotiations, while my work as a consultant in the automotive/logistics industry has given me the tools to adapt, plan and execute complicated strategy.

As an independent consultant at FAPS, Inc., I worked directly with the principals and their management team, utilizing my leadership and management skills to help supervise 350 employees over 150 acres and 800,000 sq feet of warehousing. I additionally oversaw company operations and service of all of FAPS’ RO-RO OEM customers, including global shipping lines, whole operations, and POV high and heavy clients. With experience in deal negotiations, I worked tirelessly to restructure company debt, save money, create beneficial employee programs, and increase new and existing business.

Results-driven, with substantial experience in client relations, I understand the importance of obtaining the right combination of stellar interpersonal communications and customer service, and the ability to firmly negotiate and position the company for the best deals and the utmost success.
